Easy Return Procedures – As Simple As 1-2-Saddlebro.com

Initiate Your Return:
Simply write a email at rma@saddlebro.com mention order # and state the reason.
RMA department will contact you and ask questions/form to fill out.
Fill out the short form and submit. You’ll receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24-72 hours. Please note that products returned without an RMA cannot be refunded.

Pack and Ship:
Upon receiving your RMA number and return address, meticulously repackage the items.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box exterior (not on the product packaging).

Return Shipping:
Ship the items to the provided return address using carriers offering proof of delivery like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail.

Return Guidelines and Information:
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA); returns without an RMA may be returned at your cost.
Send returns to the provided warehouse address on the RMA; do not return items to the sales office or any unauthorized address to avoid a 30% restocking fee.
Ensure returns are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Error or Change of Mind?
In case of an incorrect order or change of mind, contact us promptly. Most purchases can be returned within 10 days for a refund. Different return conditions may apply to some directly shipped products from manufacturers. 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items?
For defective, damaged, or missing items, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange an RMA and return shipping within three days of receipt for damaged or defective items, and within 48 hours for missing products.

Important Notes:
For damaged or defective HON Furniture, Flash Furniture, Bush Furniture, and custom products from Holland Bar Stool Company, the warranty covers part replacement, not return or credit.
Packaging alterations by manufacturers do not warrant return shipping reimbursement. We cannot guarantee packaging consistency and will not cover return shipping for such changes.

Refused Orders:
Undamaged refused orders will incur deducted shipping costs from refunds. Refusal of freight orders results in charged shipping fees, storage fees 15%, and return shipping charges. Avoiding refused shipments is advisable due to expensive freight charges, regardless of paid shipping charges in the order.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including HON Furniture, Flash Furniture, Bush Furniture, custom products from Holland Bar Stool Company, perishable items, dated products (tax forms, calendars, etc.), and bulk orders for resellers.

Return Timeframe:
Returns cannot be accepted 7-10 days following an RMA issuance.
